Loans subsidized from SGAFF

VB Leasing CZ offers a new opportunity of funding agricultural machines on preferential terms, with a subsidy from the Support and Guarantee Agricultural and Forestry Fund (SGAFF) under the program Farmer.

This loan product offers an opportunity take advantage of a subsidy from the Support and Guarantee Agricultural and Forestry Fund (SGAFF), under the program Farmer. The program Farmer is aimed at facilitating the development of agricultural entities, where the subsidy recipient invests particularly in machinery, equipment or technological installations with the subsidized investment being used to reduce production costs, for modernization or enhancement of quality. The SGAFF brings support in the form of partial interest subventions on loans. The base rate of subsidy in the form of partial interest subvention on a loan is 4 %. Farmers up to 40 years of age have this subvention increased by 1%, thus reaching 5 %.

An applicant must meet certain conditions to obtain a subsidy from the Fund set forth by the Subsidy Provision Guidelines of SGAFF, a.s. – must be an entrepreneurial entity in agriculture, agricultural primary producer, and at the time of application submission, at least 25% of his/her total income must be made up of revenues from agricultural production, agricultural produce processing, public subsidies and other means specified by SGAFF, in the last two years.

With VB Leasing, the program Farmer applies to the purchase of new as well as used machinery finance by loan with a repayment period of 72 months at most.
