From 27 August until 1 September 2009, the oldest and most attended agricultural fair in the Czech Republic – Bread Basket – will be held for the 36th time, specializing in the reconstruction and development of the country, plant and animal production, agricultural machinery, food production, forest and water management, horticulture and cultivation, services for agriculture, and others. The exhibition is being prepared in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic, Ministry for Regional Development and the Czech Agrarian Chamber. The fair will be attended by not only companies from across the Czech Republic but also foreign firms which operate in the agriculture/food sector.
